  When I first started working, I had a bad habit. Every time I read the information, the files and programs were never filed.

  This kind of questioning is not unreasonable, because the company has had similar things before.
  At that time, there was a newcomer who had just arrived, accidentally sending a customer's unpublished product information to a WeChat group. As a result, there were people in the group who had media. In the afternoon, someone saw it on the Internet. product picture.
  Fortunately, this information is not the final version, and the customer also came out to make timely rumors.
  But because of this, the company was fined a large amount of liquidated damages.
  The reason for this result is that this employee never labels and categorizes PPT files, and often gets what is what, resulting in the wrong use of product information as a public relations manuscript.
  The seemingly small details may eventually affect the overall situation.
  And to judge whether an employee has the potential to grow, the important criterion is to see if he can deduce the trend of the overall situation through the change of details.
  When you look at a single detail, you may not find anything.
  But if you think about the details in a multi-dimensional, grand background, you will find new clues.
  This is called a detailed chemical reaction.
  Take the example just now, don't file files or name them. In the current situation, it is a waste of time. You have to repeat your search every time.
  But if we stretch the timeline (always keep this bad habit) and broaden the object roles of these documents (such as colleagues, bosses, customers, and even the boss of the customer), we will realize what is the quantitative change.
  Don't put the problem at a single point on the matter, but put the problem in a multidimensional space to see trends and changes.
  Find the various related parties of a single event, and combine them in the expected length of time in the future, and then through rational reasoning and association, finally outline a picture that can be justified.
  This is called the overall situation.
  This passage sounds a bit uncomfortable. Everyone can come back and forth when encountering a specific detail problem. There may be different feelings.
  I usually do this kind of "details-big picture" thinking practice, and when I encounter something worth pondering, I will continue to ask myself:
  Is this trivial matter likely to have a big impact?
  If I change one of the factors in the event, will there be different results?
  If things go completely in the opposite direction, will there be a fundamental change in the overall situation?
  This is actually helping us to organize and deduct our thoughts.

  Consider three angles:
